The King of the United Kingdom and the 14 other Commonwealth realms on Friday congratulated Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili and the country’s citizens on Independence Day.
The British Embassy in Tbilisi published the monarch’s congratulatory letter on the date, in which King Charles III took note of the “continuing warm friendship” in bilateral relations between the UK and Georgia.
