WizzAir to resume Kutaisi-Rome flights next week

The Hungarian budget airline WizzAir will carry passengers on regular flights from western Georgia’s Kutaisi International Airport to Italy’s capital Rome starting March 28, United Airports of Georgia said on Wednesday.

WizzAir will operate once-a-week flights between the cities.

Starting March 28, tourists traveling from Georgia to Italy must present an European Digital Passenger Locator Form (dPLF), Covid-passport, Covid-19 recovery certificate, and either PCR or rapid test results.

United Airports of Georgia also said WizzAir may increase frequency of flights between Georgia and Rome this summer.
