Darchiashvili said close cooperation with Gulf states was among the Government's priorities and added the PM’s visit “proves this”.

The official noted Garibashvili had already held an “important discussion” with Muhammad bin Salman Al-Saud, the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, and the country’s PM, on prospects for further cooperation.
He also said the head of the Government and members of his delegation had worked to define “all main priorities” serving interests of both countries, and pointed out Garibashvili had instructed accompanying ministers to identify opportunities in tourism, energy and other sectors.
Garibashvili started his visit on Wednesday, with the country’s officials welcoming the Georgian delegation at Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport.
