Georgian prime minister Irakli Garibashvili on Thursday met Soso Giorgadze, the newly appointed chair of the national intellectual property centre Sakpatenti, to review current and planned projects of the body, the government administration said.
Giorgadze was appointed to the position following his spell as a deputy minister of culture, sports and youth.
He also worked as a deputy minister of justice following positions held in the system of the ministry since 2013.
At various times, he headed the ministry’s citizenship and migration service, the state services development agency and the house of justice.
