PM, Israeli investment company CEO discuss Georgia’s investment potential, cooperation prospects

Georgia’s investment potential and cooperation prospects in energy, agriculture and more were discussed on Thursday in a meeting between the Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili and Meir Shamir, the Chief Executive Officer of Mivtach Shamir Holdings, an Israeli-based investment company.

The meeting also focused on the strategically important location of Georgia, the growing number of international visitors and the favourable tax conditions in the country, the Government Administration said.

 

Mivtach Shamir is one of the largest holdings that has been operating in the Israeli market for more than 30 years in real estate, energy, finance and technology. The company is also present in India and the United States.
