Arm wrestler Levan Saginashvili on Saturday defeated high-ranking Canadian opponent Devon Larratt with an “absolute advantage” to claim victory in the prestigious King of the Table 4 tournament in Dubai.
Larratt, celebrated as a leading arm wrestler in North America, had won the last ten fights in a row before meeting Saginashvili, who completed a clean sweep in six rounds with a score 6:0 in the encounter.
On his part, Saginashvili had defeated five of his last opponents with a similar score. The 33-year-old is a seven-time World Armwrestling Championship winner, and has also claimed six European Armwrestling Championship titles.
