Georgia’s tourism potential promoted at leading tourism fair in Germany

Georgia’s tourism agencies promoted the country’s business tourism potential at a leading international tourism fair in Frankfurt, Germany, the Georgian National Tourism Administration announced on Friday.

At IMEX 2022, one of the world's largest exhibitions, Georgia was represented by seven companies, including tourism agencies and hotels.

As part of the exhibition, representatives of the Convention and Exhibition Bureau of the GNTA met with potential partners from the US, Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Thailand and India. The issues of holding large-scale conferences and corporate tours in Georgia were discussed at the meeting," the GNTA said.

IMEX hosts planners looking to organise worldwide meetings and events, and promotes travel by involving both exhibitors and prospective buyers.
