The Investigation Service of the Ministry of Finance of Georgia has arrested three individuals for selling excise-free tobacco products, the state body said on Monday.

The Service found the offenders had sold 25,000 packs of excise-free tobacco products worth ₾110,000 (about $36.509/€35,159).

The crime is punishable by up to eight years in prison.
