Georgian fencer Sandro Bazadze has won silver at the CN2 Elite Sabre competition in Pau, France.
The 28-year-old fencer lost the final to France's Bolade Apithy with a score of 14-15.
Bazadze's team Orleans won a round of French fencing club championships, defeating a local club with a score of 45-31.
Bazadze is set to compete in Tbilisi in January, the Georgian Fencing Federation reported.
