Georgia reports 1,838 new cases, 5,289 recoveries, 39 deaths

Georgia has reported 1,838 new cases of Covid-19 after conducting a total of 23,605 tests over the last 24 hours.

Out of the new cases 675 were reported in Tbilisi.

Other cases were reported in:

• Adjara – 201
• Samegrelo- Zemo Svaneti - 198
• Kvemo Kartli – 97
• Guria - 77
• Shida Kartli – 72
• Samtskhe-Javakheti - 26
• Mtskheta-Mtianeti – 22
• Racha Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti – 7

Meanwhile, 5,289 individuals have recovered and 39 patients have died.

As of now the number of total confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Georgia stands at 580,869, including 541,610 recoveries, 8,185 deaths and 31,048 active cases.
