Georgia has received 43,200 doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine this morning.
These 43,200 doses of the vaccine will be administered to individuals registered for the second jab, the Georgian Ministry of Health says.

The first batch of 43,200 AstraZeneca vaccines arrived in Georgia in mid-March enabling the country to start Covid-19 vaccination on March 15. As of now, AstraZeneca vaccine is offered to citizens above 45 in Georgia.
UNICEF has been supporting the Government of Georgia in procuring the Covid-19 vaccines via the COVAX Facility.

Overall, vaccination in Georgia is currently available with Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sinopharm and Sinocav vaccines.
Those eligible for vaccination should visit booking.moh.gov.ge or call 15 22 to get registered.
