Police have detained 10 drug dealers and seized especially large quantities of Heroin during the personal search activities today.
An investigation shows that the detainees sold drugs on a regular basis.
Police officers detained two drug dealers on the Red Bridge highway while transporting Heroin in especially large quantities by car. During the personal search activities held in the vehicle, the law enforcers seized up to six kilograms of Heroin as evidence.
Law enforcers have also detained the rest drug dealers today in the vicinities of Lilo open-air Market and on Tbilisi-Rustavi Red Bridge highway.
The crime is punishable by eight to 20 years in prison.
