Fdi Intelligence, an English-language magazine that provides up-to-date reviews of investment and economic development in different European cities and regions, has put Tbilisi first on the list of its rating of European Cities and Regions of the Future 2020/2021 in the category of cost-effectiveness.
The other leading European cities in the rating of the Cities and Regions of the Future 2020/2021 are Minsk, Sofia, Bucharest and Kyiv.

As for the small regions of the future Europe, Tbilisi is the third in the category of cost-effectiveness.
The top European regions in the category are Ruse, one of the largest cities of Bulgaria, and Skopje - the capital of Macedonia.
