Over 31,000 facilities have been inspected and 27 fined for violating coronavirus safety regulations between November 28 and December 13 across the country, the Labor Conditions Inspecting Department reports.

Beka Peradze, Head of the Labor Conditions Inspecting Department, said a total of 382 facilities were monitored on December 12-13, of which 268 were warned and three were fined for violating coronavirus-related safety standards.

Out of the 31,000 inspected companies, 6,018 have had their operations suspended during the last two weeks across the country.
