Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air has restored directs flights between the Georgian town of Kutaisi and the Latvian capital of Riga.
Until now, only charter, training and non-commercial flight were carried out from Kutaisi International Airport due to the coronavirus-related restrictions.
However, the airport is now ready to restore regular flights by maintaining all of the regulations aimed to prevent the spread of the virus. More flights and directions will be added gradually.
Employees of the airport have been trained in safety regulations, while the airport has been fully equipped with thermal screening and sanitizers as well as the stickers indicating the recommended distance between the passengers.
The passengers with 37.5 temperature or more will not be allowed to proceed.
