Police have detained two Azerbaijani citizens for the purchase and possession of a large quantity of drugs in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
The Ministry reported today that the individuals, identified only as Kh.N. and N.G., born in 1985 and 1982, respectively, were found to be in possession of various drugs, including heroin, morphine, methadone and codeine.
The crime is punishable by 20 years in prison or life imprisonment.
