A new boutique hotel has opened in one of the historic and touristic districts of Georgia’s capital city of Tbilisi.
Located on Meidani Square in old Tbilisi, Maison Boutique Hotel was opened in a 19th century historic building, which has been granted the status of cultural heritage.
Over 3.5 million GEL (about $1.43m/€1.16m*) was invested in the Maison Boutique Hotel which sports 14 rooms.

As Georgia’s Ministry of Economy said, private investors intend to invest an additional 2 million GEL in the hotel for its expansion to offer another 11 rooms.
In the future the hotel will also include a conference hall, swimming pool, spa centre and a restaurant.
