HMS Echo, a multi-role hydrographic survey ship commissioned by the Royal Navy, has entered Batumi Sea Port today.
With the visit of HMS ECHO the UK is expressing support for security in the Black Sea region, the government of the Autonomous Republic of Adjara said in a release.
“The United Kingdom has always been supportive of Georgian Euro-Atlantic integration, territorial integrity and sovereignty. The visit of the HMS Echo reaffirms the dynamic cooperation between the two countries,” Chairman of the Government of Adjara Tornike Rijvadze said
