The national team of Georgia’s freestyle wrestlers have claimed six medals including two gold, one silver and three bronze at the traditional international tournament Henri Deglane Grand Prix 2023 in France’s city of Nice, the National Wrestling Federation of Georgia announced on Sunday.
Merab Suleimanishvili and Nika Berulava finished the tournament undefeated and became champions, with Suleimanishvili claiming victory over American Morgan Smith in the 97 kg category of the tournament and Berulava defeating Christian Lance 125 kg category.
