North-western Georgia's Svaneti region and its highland town of Mestia has hosted the latest edition of the Gemo Fest local food and drink festival to promote gastronomy tourism, the country’s National Tourism Administration said on Sunday.
Hosted over the weekend, the festival, organised by the GNTA, featured about 20 local chefs, catering establishments and family hotels.
The Administration said music spaces, an entrepreneurial market, games, competitions and workshops for children were organised within the event.
