The Georgian national football team on Friday lost to Ukraine in their third match of the UEFA Nations League at the Poznań Stadium in Poland.

The Georgian team, coached by Willy Sagnol, was defeated by Ukraine with a score of 0:1 by Mykhailo Mudryk’s goal in the 35th minute of the game.

At the press briefing after the match, Sagnol attributed the failure of his team to “less mobilisation” of the players.

Despite the defeat, the Georgian national team remains the leader of the League in first place with 6 points after playing three matches in the UEFA Nations League Group B1.
