Georgia’s U18 national rugby team wins European Championship fifth time in row

The Georgian national Under-18 rugby team became the winner of the European Rugby Championship by defeating Portugal 19:3 in the final match on Saturday.

Coached by Zura Amonashvili, the team claimed the victory following tries by Giorgi Spanderashvili, Andro Dvali and Tariel Burtikashvili. Gigi Sirbiladze also contributed with an accurate conversion kick.

The team won the Championship for the fifth time in a row.
