Georgian striker Georges Mikautadze on Wednesday signed a multi-year contract with the Dutch football club Ajax.
The Georgian signed a contract that runs until June 30, 2028, with Ajax paying a €16 million transfer fee to FC Metz. The amount can increase to €19 million through variables during the forward’s career at the Amsterdam-based club.

Mikautadze emerged from the youth academy at FC Metz and had been playing for the French club’s first team since 2019.

He has also played 16 times for Georgia's national team, scoring four goals.
