Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, who is on an official visit to Brussels, on Wednesday said he hoped the European Council would make “another historic decision” this year by granting the membership candidate status to the country.
In a social media message following his meeting with Charles Michel, the President of the European Council, Garibashvili outlined that Georgia’s EU membership quest was “firm as ever”.
