Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili on Tuesday “strongly” condemned a “horrible” attack by Russia on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
In her remarks over reports about the explosion at the Nova Kakhovka Dam, Zourabichvili called it a “war crime” and said the acts must face justice.

“I strongly condemn another severe war crime committed by Russia. Horrible attack on civilian infrastructure - Nova Kakhovka dam once again shows Russia’s brutal tactics. These war crimes must be answered by justice. All of Georgia stands with Ukraine”, she said in a social media message.
The Operational Command South of the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Tuesday said the Russian forces had blown up the Dam, a part of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant on the Dnipro River.
