Georgian Emergency Management Service ready for 2023 summer season

The Emergency Management Service of the Georgian Interior Ministry is ready for the summer tourist season of 2023, the Ministry announced on Saturday.

Teimuraz Mgebrishvili, the Head of the Service, got acquainted with the preparation process for the tourist season in Georgia’s Black Sea city of Batumi and wished success to the rescuers.

The opening ceremony of the season was attended by Adjara Government Head Tornike Rizhvadze and Archil Chikovani, the Mayor of Batumi, as well as deputy heads of the Service and the heads of the Fire and Rescue Division.
