Levan Diasamidze, the Georgian Ambassador to Moldova, on Thursday said Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili would hold bilateral meetings with European partners on the sidelines of the European Political Community Summit in Chișinău during the day.

Speaking to the media, the diplomat said the Summit would bring together 50 European leaders to discuss energy and security, on the backdrop of the ongoing Russia-Ukraine conflict.

The Summit has become an important platform for discussing challenges in Europe”, the Ambassador said, noting along with the bilateral meetings, the head of the Government would also feature at panel discussions.

The PM departed on Wednesday with his delegation to attend the second EPC Summit in the Moldovan capital.
