Tbilisi’s hilltop TV tower overlooking Georgia’s capital Tbilisi on Saturday was illuminated in the colours of the European Union flag to mark Europe Day, the Tbilisi City Hall said.
Europe Day is being celebrated in the capital of Georgia with events this weekend, organised by the Government, with Orbeliani Square hosting Spanish and Swedish evenings and the festivities.
ExpoGeorgia has also hosted European Village in its pavilions, where the ambassadors and representatives of the embassies of the EU member states presented their national cuisine, culture and traditions.
