Schools to resume on January 17, hybrid classes allowed

The Ministry of Education of Georgia has announced today that schools and kindergartens will resume on January 17. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, the ministry will allow hybrid classes in the new semester.

Students preferring to study remotely must register at this address: https://online.emis.ge/.

It will be possible to fill out or cancel applications for hybrid classes every Thursday between 12 a.m. - 6 p.m.

The Education Ministry will impose local restrictions only on those schools which have confirmed cases of COVID-19.
