The Italian embassy in Georgia on Monday highlighted the “extraordinary play” of Georgian midfielder Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for his club Napoli in the Italian national championship.
In a social media post, the diplomatic mission noted Kvaratskhelia had already entered the history of the Serie A competition following his goal and two assists made in Saturday's 4:0 win against Sassuolo, the Georgian’s latest contribution to the team’s success this season.
Kvaratskhelia is the third player with the best impact ever in the first twelve games played in the Italian championship. The figure concerns the scoring actions in which his contribution was decisive”, the embassy said.
