Georgian interior ministry’s ongoing campaign Befriend the Police held in country’s eastern city of Telavi

Georgia’s interior ministry, within the framework of the Befriend the Police, information and awareness campaign for children and juveniles on public safety and rule of law, on Friday held “various educational and entertainment activities in Georgia’s eastern city of Telavi.

At a public event, in the vicinity of the King Erekle II Palace, juveniles and children, together with the employees of the ministry, participated in various cognitive and entertainment activities, and received information on law and order, the interior ministry said.

The guests of the event also got acquainted with the activities and special equipment of the patrol police, public safety command centre 112 and service agency, as well as the forensic-criminalistics department, border police, emergency management service and security police.
