Georgian canoeist Aleksandre Tsivtsivadze won the 2022 ICF Junior and U23 Sprint World Championships in Szeged, Hungary on Sunday.
Tsivtsivadze was the first athlete in the men’s junior C1 500 metres final. He reached the finish in 1 minute and 53 seconds.

The Georgian athlete won a gold medal at the World Championship for the second time in a row.
Tsivtsivadze claimed two gold medals at the 2022 ECA Junior and U23 Canoe Sprint European Championships in Belgrade in June this year.
