Ilia Darchiashvili, the Georgian Foreign Minister  will participate on Tuesday and Wednesday in a two-day informal Gymnich format meeting of the European Union foreign ministers in Czech Republic capital city of Prague, discussing the Russian aggression against Ukraine and the suspension of visa liberalisation for Russian citizens with foreign ministers of the 27 EU member states.

The Public Broadcaster said Darchiashvili and his Ukrainian and Moldovan counterparts, Dmytro Kuleba and Nicu Popescu, would also participate in the discussion on the European outlook for the so called Associated Trio and their future of the Eastern Partnership, considering that the European Council has already granted Ukraine and Moldova candidate status, while Georgia has been working on fulfilling the recommendations outlined by the EU for receiving the EU membership candidate status.
