The Georgian women’s national U18 basketball team on Sunday earned top honours of this year’s Women’s European Championship Division C in Andorra, claiming the gold medal of the competition after recording a 61:37 win against Malta.
Lika Kvirkvelia led the scoring for her team with 18 points with Natali Chutkerasjvili and Salome Svani both scoring 12, Ana Namgaladze adding 11.

The Championship was held between July 26-31 in Andorra.
