A group of 15 recognised travel bloggers and influencers were welcomed on Saturday in Georgia to introduce them to the country’s visitor attractions, with the influencers set to promote the destinations to an audience of 150 million.

Within the framework of the Georgian National Tourism Administration programme supported by the Economic Security Programme of the US Agency for International Development, the visitors from the US, Canada and Europe will explore cultural and adventure destinations in the various regions of the country, the Economy Ministry said.

They will subsequently bring their impressions to followers on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media, while the destinations will also be promoted on Steller, a platform and application introducing travel ideas and booking opportunities.
