Georgian FM to hold high-level meetings in Armenia

Ilia Darchiashvili, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, will pay an official visit to Armenia between April 29-30, the Georgian foreign office said on Friday.
The Minister will hold a series of high-level meetings, including with President Vahagn Khachaturian, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Speaker of the Parliament Alen Simonian, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan.
The visit will focus on a “wide range” of cooperation matters between the two countries, the Ministry added.
Prospects of enhanced cooperation in the legal field between Georgia and Armenia were discussed on Wednesday in a meeting between Prosecutor General of Georgia Irakli Shotadze and his Armenian counterpart Artur Davtian.
