Ten detained for disobedience to police near Interior Ministry

Ten demonstrators have been detained near the Interior Ministry headquarters in Tbilisi for ‘disobedience to the lawful request of a police officer’.
Based on media reports they were detained during a clash with the police.

The demonstrators were demanding the release of civil activist Giorgi Mumladze detained near the ruling Georgian Dream party headquarters for police resistance and physical assault earlier today.
The First Channel of the Georgian Public Broadcaster has reported that the demonstrators included the members of opposition United National Movement party and civic movement for Georgia.
