Khidi club in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi was closed and fined GEL 10,000 for violating Covid-19 regulations on December 3-4.

The Labour Inspection Office has announced earlier today that despite numerous warnings that entertaining events and social gatherings are still restricted in Georgia, the club has hosted an event disobeying the current epidemiologic situation in the country.
The Labour Inspection Office has also announced that with the Mayor’s Office and the Ministry of Economy, it is actively working on a safety protocol aimed to gradually allow the night clubs to operate.
Refusing to pay the fine, owners of Khidi club claim they will appeal to the court.
