Georgia has reported 5,204 new cases of coronavirus, 4,785 recoveries and 83 deaths in the past 24 hours.
52,765 remain infected with Covid-19 in Georgia.
52,834 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 37,227 of the 52,834 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 15,607 were PCR tests.
The country has had 791,115 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020.
9.85 per cent of tested individuals had Covid-19 in the past 14 days.

727,184 of the 791,115 patients have recovered, while 11,140 have died from the virus.
The new 5,204 cases were recorded in:
- Tbilisi - 1,857 cases
- Adjara - 210 cases
- Imereti - 1,008 cases
- Kvemo Kartli - 308 cases
- Shida Kartli - 435 cases
- Guria - 148 cases
- Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 443 cases
- Kakheti - 384 cases
- Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 168 cases
- Samtskhe-Javakheti - 168 cases
- Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti - 75 cases

6,718 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today. 1,677 of the 6,718 patients are in critical condition. 371 of the 1,677 critical patients are on artificial ventilation.
44,891 individuals are undergoing treatment at home.
46,100 individuals are in self isolation.
2,057,216 individuals have received at least one dose of the vaccine in the country so far, of which 969,209 have been completely vaccinated.
European Union now recognises COVID-19 vaccination certificates issued by Georgia. The EU is now also accepting COVID certificates from two other non-EU countries – Moldova and Serbia. A total of 49 countries’ COVID-19 vaccination certificates are now recognised by the EU, of which 22 are non-EU countries.
Georgia has reported 1,820 new cases of coronavirus, 6,017 recoveries and 82 deaths in the past 24 hours.

A smartphone application attesting to an individual’s Covid-19 vaccination status in Georgia will soon be released, and will be necessary to enter a number of indoor and outdoor public places starting December 1.
Georgian Deputy Health Minister Tamar Gabunia and head of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) Amiran Gamkrelidze said earlier today that the epidemic situation in the country remains ‘tense,’ but the increasing number of daily vaccinations ‘gives hope.’ Georgia has reported 5,204 new COVID-19 cases, 4,785 recoveries and 83 deaths in the last 24 hours.
