Covid-19 in Georgia: 2,191 new cases, 4,348 recoveries, 74 deaths

Georgia has reported 2,191 new cases of coronavirus, 4,348 recoveries and 74 deaths over the last 24 hours.

21,477 tests were conducted around the country in the past 24 hours. 13,204 of the 21,477 tests were rapid tests, while the remaining 8,273 were PCR tests.

Out of the 2,191 new cases, 1,017 were reported in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.

A total of 6,916 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals, 46 patients are under quarantine, and 1,302 individuals are at clinical hotels as of today.

2,005,229 individuals have been vaccinated against coronavirus in the country.
