Georgian cargo airline Geo Sky will operate regular cargo flights from China to Europe during the 2020-2021 winter navigation season, announces Georgian Civil Aviation Agency.
Between December 1 and March 27 Geo Sky will carry out flights with a Boeing B747-200 three times a week.
Geo Sky is the first Georgian carrier to operate regular cargo flights. It should be noted that regular cargo flights from China to Europe have not been operated by any Georgian airline before", says the aviation agency.
In 2018 Geo Sky became the third local airline to receive European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) authorisation, confirming it meets international operational and safety standards.
