Georgia received $181.7 million from abroad in October 2019, which is 18.6% more than the amount in October 2018, says the National Bank of Georgia.
Russia ($35.20 million), Italy ($27.50 million) and the United States ($21.25 million) were the largest remittance senders in October 2020.
Overall, the vast majority (94.%) of all money transfers from abroad came from 18 countries.
