Georgia reports 1,872 new cases of coronavirus, 603 recoveries, 14 deaths

Georgia has reported 1,872 new cases of coronavirus, 603 recoveries and 14 deaths in the past 24 hours.
Georgia has had 30,303 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020.
11,370 of the 30,303 patients have recovered, while 215 others have died.
3,832 patients are undergoing treatment in hospitals in Georgia as of today, 2,249 are in hotels, while the remaining are at home.
3,769 individuals are in quarantine.
The new 1,872 cases were recorded in:
- Tbilisi - 913 cases
- Imereti - 337 cases
- Adjara - 296 cases
- Kvemo Kartli - 89 cases
- Shida Kartli - 54 cases
- Guria - 32 cases
- Samegrelo-Zemo Svaneti - 90 cases
- Kakheti - 13 cases
- Mtskheta-Mtianeti - 30 cases
- Samtskshe-Javakheti - 11 cases
- Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti - 7 cases

The Georgian government says that ‘no systemic restrictions’ will be imposed.
Only local restrictions may be imposed to prevent the further spread of the virus. On the one hand we must think about the health of our citizens and on the other hand about the state economy,” the head of the administration of the Government of Georgia Natia Mezvrishvili stated earlier today and urged people to wear face masks even in open areas.
She repeated that wearing facemasks may prevent the spread of the virus by 70 per cent
As of today an additional 249 Covid-19 patients can be admitted to hospitals for treatment.
The National Centre for the Disease Control (NCDC) announced yesterday that phone calls on behalf of its Richard G. Lugar Center for Public Health Research, also known as Lugar Lab, allegedly offering coronavirus medications are fake.
A total of 1,928 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Georgia over the last 24 hours, increasing the number of total confirmed cases to 28,431. Meanwhile, 604 people have recovered and eight more have died.
Georgia has reported 1,941 new cases of coronavirus over the last 24 hours, including 1,034 cases in the capital of Tbilisi. Meanwhile, 412 infected individuals have recovered, while ten people have died of the coronavirus-related complications.
Georgia has had 22,803 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. Since then 9,401 patients have recovered, while 178 others have died. As of today 13,224 individuals remain infected with Covid-19 in the country.
Georgia has passed into the epidemiological ‘red zone’ as COVID-19 numbers due to the increased daily numbers of coronavirus cases.
Georgia has reported 1,824 new cases of coronavirus, 1,262 recoveries and 23 deaths in the past 24 hours. Georgia has had 32,127 cases of coronavirus since February 26, 2020. Since then 12,632 patients have recovered, while 238 others have died. 3,847 individuals are undergoing treatment in hospitals as of today, while 2,238 others are in hotels. 3,757 individuals are in quarantine around the country.
