Starting today, smoking is prohibited inside all areas of all stadiums in Georgia which have administration.
Individuals who violate the regulation will be fined by 100 GEL [$31].
If the action is repeated, fine will double.
If the administration fails to react to smoking incident, it will be fined by 500 GEL [$155].
If the action is repeated, fine will double against the administration.
If the administration reacts to the illegality and fails to make the individual stop smoking, it must call law enforcers.
The law on tobacco control now stipulates that any individual smoking in public indoor places in Georgia will now be fined, reports the Tobacco Control Alliance.
