Police have detained a Georgian citizen for premeditated murder in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.
The Georgian Interior Ministry reported that the individual, identified only as T. Ch. and born in 1973, killed an individual identified as T.A. and born in 1967 close to the central railway station and tried to escape.
The crime is punishable by seven to fifteen years in prison.
