Police detain two for attempted murder in western Georgia

Georgian police have detained two individuals for separate cases of attempted murder in the western Georgian region of Samegrelo. 

An individual identified as Z.N. and born in 1964 who was detained in Senaki municipality may face seven to 15 years in prison. 

The interior ministry has released the footage of the detention:

The interior ministry has reported earlier today that Z.N. assaulted four people from a hunting gun. 

Another individual identified as O.B. and born in 1992 was meanwhile detained in Martvili municipality for attempted murder of his mother.

The crime is punishable by 13 to 17 years in prison.
