One detained for premeditated murder in western Georgia

Georgian police have detained one individual for murder in Zugdidi municipality in the western Georgian region of Samegrelo.
The Interior Ministry has released the footage of the detention:
The individual, identified only as R.P. and born in 1998, stubbed his acquaintance to death with a knife, caused fire in the house and escaped.
The crime is punishable by seven to 15 years in prison. The detainee admits the crime.
