The Georgian Interior Ministry has detained a Georgian citizen for the purchase and possession of a large quantity of drugs in the country’s Black Sea region of Adjara.

The individual, identified only as N. G., was found to be in possession of 921 pills of ecstasy.

The video shows how police officers detained an individual for purchase and possession of an especially large quantity of drugs.

The individual admitted the crime.

An investigation is ongoing. If convicted, the person will face a term of 8-20 years or life imprisonment.
