The Georgian state is selling about 130 state-owned assets at auction.

As of now, the initial price of the most expensive state-owned asset on the auctions is 35 million GEL ($11.8 mln/€10.7 mln): non-agricultural land and buildings on it in Tbilisi, on Agmashenebeli Avenue.

The cheapest one is 10,000 GEL ($33,629/€30,528), the initial price for non-agricultural land in Gurjaani municipality, east Georgia.

The number of land plots and buildings are distributed for the following purposes as a recommendation:

  • Industrial/storage unit – 83
  • Medical/educational institution – 5

  • Fishing/farming – 5 

In Tbilisi, there are 14 assets offered for privatisation. The other assets are located in different cities and regions.
