The founder and director of Ltd T&G Tariel B. has been detained for the illegal appropriation of state funds by using fake documents, announced the Anti-corruption agency of the State Security Service today.
Ltd T&G has been doing construction work on one section of the Ruphoti-Alisubani-Sazano-Tuzi-Kvatsikhe-Katskhi road. The director of the company has not fully fulfilled the conditions of the agreement signed with the Roads Department of Georgia and wrote fake information in the certificate of delivery and acceptance.
The crime is punishable by 6-9 years of imprisonment.
